We loved your visit!
It was such a treat for us to have you and your mommy visit us on Tuesday, Wesley! We had been told to expect lots of smiles from you, and we were not disappointed! You even smiled at me right after waking up from a good, long nap. Gup and I were very surprised that all of Belle's barking didn't seem to faze you a bit. She was REALLY excited to see you and your mommy. She loves you a lot, too! I'm going to post two of my favorite pictures of you from that day. We can't wait until our next chance to see you! Once I'm driving again (in about 10 days, I hope) visiting you will be one of the first things I do!
Welcome to Warrenton, Wesley!
We are very happy to have you visiting with us this week-end, Wesley. You seem to be enjoying the visit and are a delightful house guest! At times you are having a little trouble getting to sleep because you are so interested in looking around at all the new scenery, indoors and out. Belle was certainly excited to meet you, and you don't seem to be at all bothered by her barking. We hope you will come back to see us often!
Happy Seven Weeks!
Dear Wesley,
The weeks are flying by and already you are seven weeks old! You are such a big boy and are starting to really enjoying being awake and looking around your house and your town from your stroller. Your smiles are coming more and more often, and not always when you are just a little sleepy, either.
Happy Six Weeks, Dear Wesley!
Your smiling pictures make it especially hard to be apart from you! I'm hoping to see you very soon. Gup should be giving you lots of hugs from me in the meantime.
I love you,
Gum
Thank you, Gram and Gramps!
As Wesley's other grandparents, Gup and I would like to thank his Gram and Gramps for their amazing assistance to Wesley and his parents during Wesley's first 23 days! We're sure that Wesley's contentedness is largely due to your being there to do all the household tasks (not to mention feedings, changings, etc.) that it is hard for brand new parents to keep on top of. You've gotten him off to a wonderful start! Come back soon!
Welcome Home!
Welcome to your home, dear Wesley! Gup and I can't wait to see you in your new bassinette and in the beautiful room your mommy and daddy have prepared for you. You are a very lucky little guy to be so loved by so many people. We'll be down to see you again in a few days!
